Microbiology is the science of microbes and micro-organisms, i.e. all tiny and microscopic living creatures. In the context of Microbiological Testing, the term means analysis for bacteria, yeast, fungi or moulds with the aim of analysing and certifying the following products safer for consumption and use:

Geo Chem Laboratory’s Microbiological Testing Division is ISO 17025 accredited by NABL and is approved by the Indian FDA.
Types of analysis as per Indian / International Standards carried out in our Microbiological Laboratory:

• Detection of Pathogenic microbes such as E.coli, Salmonella, S. aureus, etc.
• Microscopic Analysis

Our state of the art laboratory is equipped with modern Air Handling Units, Bio Safety Cabinets, Vertical Laminar Flow Units, Sterile Rooms besides other general equipment.
Our Team of Microbiologists are trained to carry out the monitoring of airborne microbes at facilities such as pharmaceutical manufacturing units, food processing units, hospitals, etc.
